The Roc Portonova Apartments are located very close to the yacht club at the end of Palmanova’s sandy bay. Whilst the apartments are located in one of the quietest parts of the resort there are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walk of the hotel.

The Roc Portonova comprises of 76 spacious one and two bedroom apartments, with the two bedroom apartments sleeping up to a maximum of 5 adults. All of the apartments have a sitting / dining room, an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning / heating, a terrace with a table and chairs, satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box (at an additional cost), microwave, fridge, toaster, electric cooker and a kettle.

During the summer months breakfast is available at an additional charge in the hotel’s breakfast room, and the snack bar, which is located by the pool, also offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks.

The large outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and during the winter there is a heated indoor pool which is open between 09:00 and 20:00.

The Roc Portonova Apartments are located on the outskirts of Palmanova, at the opposite end of the bay to Magalluf.  However, there are many bars, shops and restaurants within a short walk of this hotel.
