The Playa Golf hotel was built in 1970 and subsequently renovated in 2003. It comprises of two buildings and has a total of 222 rooms on 8 and 4 floors respectively. There are 12 suites, 24 single rooms and 186 doubles.

The carpeted guest rooms all have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a balcony, air-conditioning / heating, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a mini-bar and a safety deposit box.

The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, 2 lifts, a café, a bar, a boutique which offers a 10% discount to hotel guests, and a TV lounge.

The hotel’s air-conditioned buffet restaurant is located on the first floor and has superb views across the sea. Accommodation is on a half board basis with a wide selection of both Mediterranean and international cuisine on offer at breakfast and dinner.

Whilst the Playa Golf hotel is separated from the sandy beach and the Mediterranean Sea by just a superb palm lined promenade, the hotel has both an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. These are located next to the patio bar where drinks and snacks may be purchased throughout the day. In addition, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel features a gym amongst its extensive facilities and for an additional fee guests have the use of a sauna, 3 tennis courts, table tennis and pool tables, and a minigolf course.

Playa de Palma is incredibly popular with German guests, and by choosing this seafront hotel you will be very close to the resort's centre and its bars and restaurants, so please be prepared for some noise, particularly in the peak summer months.

The facilities at the hotel are very good indeed, and this is reflected in the price.  Please also bear in mind that this hotel only offers accommodation on a half board basis, so there are no discounts for guests who require only bed and breakfast.
