The Castell Del Mar hotel is located just 20 metres from Cala Millor’s beach and is also very close to the long promenade that links Cala Millor to Cala Bona and its quaint harbour. Along here you will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants (in season), catering to all tastes. The hotel is surrounded by a garden and comprises of 230 spacious rooms spread over 12 floors, of which 198 are twins / doubles.

All of the guest rooms are decorated to a high standard and have an en-suite bathroom and either a balcony or a terrace. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, a TV, a telephone and a hair dryer.

The hotel has an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts to all floors, a luggage room and a TV lounge. A laundry service and a public internet terminal are available for an additional fee.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the air-conditioned buffet restaurant which has views out over the sea, and there is also an adjoining breakfast terrace which is opened during the summer months. The hotel’s bar is open from 11:00 until midnight, and lunch is available from the snack bar which opens from 12:30 to 15:30.

The hotel has a large outdoor freshwater pool surrounded with sun loungers and parasols, and a smaller indoor pool with a Jacuzzi and spa treatments. There is also a fitness room.

Because the Castell de Mar was the very first hotel we contracted when we started Simply Mallorca Golf, we have developed a longstanding, friendly and professional relationship with both the staff and management at the hotel. This means that the staff always have a friendly welcome for our golf groups, and will ensure that you receive the highest levels of service.

We've always enjoyed working with this hotel, but in spite of our repeated requests there is invariably a strange vegetable on the breakfast buffet; carrots, runner beans or even occasionally Brussels sprouts!  But don't worry, they also offer a good 'Full English' , and a wide range of fruit, breads and cereals too!
